Nest estimating founded in 2014 by Kyle Walker, who has worked in the construction industry since 2007. During this time he has developed skills in sourcing materials, plant & labour for projects ranging from £10, 000 - £1, 500. 000, with the primary emphasis being saving time, money & disappointment. Kyle is qualified in PRINCE2 Project Management and follows their methodology within his business approach.

Kyle believes there to be a missing link in the domestic building market - this being the lack of support & awareness to build costs. The main restriction to any project is budget, but this is the one area often underestimated.

Nest works alongside many suppliers & builders, keeping them updated with current build costs.
