Nestlé Professional Toque D'Or Description
The Nestlé Professional Toque d’Or competition carries the most enviable reputation for inspiring and challenging catering students up and down the country. Toque d'Or is unique in that is it more than just a competition. It is the only event of its kind that helps students bridge the gap between the theories of the classroom and the reality of the Industry.
Thousands of young chefs and waiters have participated in the competition over the years, be it attending one of the masterclasses in the Heats or competing in the now iconic Grand Finals.
Toque d'Or continues to evolve and grow - 2016 saw further development through a partnership with PACE to provide even greater learning and skills development that is directly aligned to the curriculum. Toque d'Or is also recognised by both City of Guilds and the Savoy Educational Trust for its support and contribution to the Industry through education.
