Yet again we have had a lovely evening and meal at Netherton House, great menu - although where has the Bannoffi gone! such an improvement in the customer service from the waiting staff too, all the waitresses were great and couldn't do enough for us and the food, as always, was super.

Visited Netherton house last week for an impromptu date night . The ambiance and interior design is lovely . The staff were fantastic and service was 5 star . I ordered my main meal and asked for salad instead of the chips and when it arrived it had peppers on (which I have an intolerance for) I am used to this and would usually pick them out, but our lovely waitress took the salad and made me a fresh one . The whole experience was so lovely and relaxed and chilled just what we needed after a busy day at work .

This is a great place, with lovely hosts and amazing food! It’s definitely a place for people to check out and is run excellently!

This Restaurant was FANTASTIC! I would recommend anyone to eat here, or even pop out for a drink or two.

The food was delicious, the pizza was fresh and cooked to perfection, and staff were lovely, helpful and friendly!

Lovely mothers day meal yesterday. I had the tempura prawns which were delicious, shame there wasn't more of them. The gammon for main was very nice with a good variety of vegetables. Only complaint was my Yorkshire pudding was a bit burnt. The dessert - mango pannacotta was really nice. An excellent meal

Love it here. Staff can sometimes be a bit disorganised, but they are friendly and I don't mind it. Food is excellent, garden is amazing, good events. I would highly recommend it.

I have eaten here on many occasions and have been to many music events and my experiences have always been to notch. On August 8th my wife and I used this as a venue for our wedding Reception and it was more than adequate, the staff and management accommodated us perfectly with their facilities which were excellent.

The garden is perfect for outdoor events as it is spacious and the staff are attentive despite a lot of customers.

Food was awesome, staff were lovely and the place is beautiful even caters to fussy people like myself, one of norwich's best kept secrets by far, absolutely love it here.

Excellent food, great management who always makes an effort to come and say hello, (nowhere else I know do do you get that) and great music events. just what this village needed. Just a shame that on reading some of the other reviews that their always has to be person that has to try and ruin it for others. So maybe this person should try and get out more and enjoy good village vibe.

Attended a wedding reception here and I have to say, the food was amazing and the staff were some of the loveliest I have met, as well as a great atmosphere, would definitely recommend to people to attend!

We went for the burger offer on a Wednesday evening. Was lovely but unfortunately my burger wasn't cooked, the chef had accidentally taken the wrong burger out of the oven. Honest mistake but still shouldn't happen at an establishment like this. In the end it was lovely and the desserts were amazing. Will definitely be back.

We had a very good lunch today. Lovely atmosphere and surroundings. Staff were very good and accommodating, preparing a small meal for our 2 year old son. Only niggles would be please serve the food on plates not the wooden boards they look great but not very practical and I wasn't keen on the granary baguette I had, a superior quality bread would have been better. Great tasting coffee, the cappuccino I had was really good. Overall we had a good lunch and enjoyed the visit. Would definitely return.

We had a lovely meal here , 5 of us. The main meals were lovely, presentation fantastic , taste great . Puddings what a choice , again presentation and taste great along with edible flowers . Service was also good, we were upstairs and they made sure we had drinks and was ok . The room upstairs was perfect for our catch up. Definitely will be returning here

Had a lovely mother's day lunch. Service was very good, food was lovely, our table of 10adults and 1child was perfect for us. Only negative was while we waited in the bar area for our table to be ready (we were 20mins early) it was rather cramped and we felt in the way of waitresses. Having to move this way then that way lol. But overall very nice we shall go again but maybe in the summer so we can wait outside.) We travelled an hr to go there hence got there early incase anyone was wondering why we were early)

I did email as I didn't want to make my comments public but as I have not had a response to my email the level of service received reflects the level of service from management which is disappointing as food and surroundings are perfect
