Netley Burrow Description
We have kept pets all our lives from Rats and Cats to Dogs and Bunnies and both love being around animals.
We are passionate about Animal Welfare, we are members of the Rabbit Welfare Association and Fund and actively promote 'A Hutch is Not Enough' Campaign. Louie volunteers at the RSPCA.
After rescuing our 5kg French Lop 'Lily' in 2015, we have become huge lovers of Rabbits, their nature and unique personalities make them incredible to keep and observe. We found Lily a handsome husband 'Wilbur' from another boarding /rescue service and were totally inspired that it was something we wanted to do. We have rescued a few more bunnies since that were living in unsatisfactory conditions, two of which we are fostering at the moment 'Topsy & Fudge'.
We love bunnies but we have time and affection for just about any furry creature, we have 4x lovely cats, 'Nala, Lola, Batcat' and 'Aqua' who is 16 and Zoe has had since he was a kitten. We also have 4x Guinea Pigs 'MiniPig, Sirius, Ron Ron Weasley and Barbar'.

We cover surrounding areas of Netley, Hedge End, Park Gate, Hamble, Locks Heath & Bursledon. We are happy to collect & drop off pets from anywhere in the country, however, extra costs will be added reflecting tims and mileage costs.
UPDATE; 50% deposit is required to book with us. The further 50% then needs to be paid by the time we are required to carry out services. Except dog walking, which is invoiced weekly.
UPDATE; We cannot look after rabbits that are not in suitable homes. Please check the RWAF website for some guidelines. However, I am happy to come to your home and look at ways we can maximise the space in your garden. Our bunnies roam free but our boarding facilities have all been custom built with top quality recycled wood that survives any weather and will likely last a lifetime if maintained. I am also happy to look at how you can further rabbit-proof your home, I recently custom built a frame for a mobility bed to stop buns getting to the wires underneath.
Our boarding space is registered with the RWAF & we are Members of The Rabbit Welfare Association and Fund.

‘A second family’ would be how I describe this magical place. My bunnies got exquisite love from the admirable Louie&Zoe. The standards set here were impeccable and my bunnies Idolise their 2nd family and can’t wait for their next holiday!
Zoe and Louis are great! Nothing was too much trouble for my buns. One of my girls has debilitating arthritis and I was concerned about leaving her but they were cared for with love.
I received regular updates while I was away and they even met us at the ferry terminal with my girls - what service!
Very glad that we have found Louie, he has a natural way with animals. We asked if he could look after our two dogs for two hours as it would give us the opportunity to go to a family event a long drive away. Louie first met the dogs on three occasions to get to know them and did two walks with them. On the day he looked after them he played with them for an hour in the muddy garden (as we had already given them a long walk earlier), cleaned them ( and the floor) afterwards, fed them and sat with them while they had a snooze. They have a new best friend!
Top-class pet-sitters... they know how to go above and beyond and we feel very happy knowing they are being well looked after!
They stayed for a week to look after my dog and 2 cats when I went abroad and they did an amazing job. They kept me up to date every day, sending me pictures and videos so I could see how the animals were getting on. Could not recommend Netley Burrow enough and will definitely be using them again. Thank you both X
