New Canton was established since 2002 in Wellington. May and Jason in this career field for over 20 years. We always choose the best fresh authentic Chinese ingredients in all dishes. We are happy to assist your orders if you have any special needs.

Please ring up and reserve before you come. We only cook to orders and good cooking takes time. Quality is our priority. Also once a while we might close for our vacation. So please check when you plan your meal with us either sit in or takeaway.

We now close on every Monday. But you do need to book a meal or party on Monday. Please do contact us in advance. Minimum spending £100 and deposit will be required.
