Don't let your weekend be your weak end. . Being good all week and then 'rewarding' yourself at the weekend really isn't how to do it. . You'll STILL be having an excess amount of calories. ... . A lot of people seem to think they need a whole day/ #Cheatday instead of just 1 'cheat' meal. . Aim more for a balance, 80% clean and better/20% little treat. . Otherwise you'll go mad and quit. . So Unless you're a body builder, (where I still don't think it's a good idea to 'bulk' with the need of excess fat to gain muscle) and you're not going to use those extra 4000 calories then you're just going to undo all of your effort during the week. . When you do have a treat make sure it's still as balanced as it can be with protein - carbs - fat ratio. . In the long run it just makes it A LOT easier to reach & maintain your goals. . #food #calories #daily #weekend #weightloss #bodyfat
