We are an 8 rink bowls club based in York. We have a restaurant open to the public and a Meeting /Function room available to hire for all your party needs.
New Earswick & District Indoor Bowling Club Description
We are an 8 rink bowls club, which has recently been awarded the Community asset accreditation for our contribution in providing activities and a setting for people within the Huntington Ward District.
Alongside as bowling we are the host club for first York boccia and we run a range of activities for people within the area, for example line dancing, tap dancing and fitness activites.
We are also available for room hire, private events or functions as well as any catering needs you may require.
We have our own restaurant which is available for all members of the public, open Monday - Friday 11: 30am-1: 00pm and Sundays for our lovely Sunday dinners, 11: 30am - 2: 00pm. We have a standard menu, as well as daily specials priced at only £5. 50.
We cater for events such as weddings, Christenings and funerals.

We are for Bar Staff for New Earswick & District Indoor Bowls Club.
To provide a friendly and efficient service within the bar, serving members of the club and function guests. Locking up duties are part of this role and the candidate is expected to work alone during evening shifts.
Hours 6pm until 23:30pm.

New Earswick have just hosted the York Tattoo Convention which was a huge success, and it was a delight to be there and meet such fantastic people. Although I'm not a tattoo fan I was amazed at the talent I saw and the friendliness of the people who came along. Let's hope we see the same next year.
New Earswick bowling club is a fabulous place to meet new people, be involved with the bowling or just enjoy the social side. Whatever you choose to do you will be warmly welcomed. There is a lovely resaurant where you can have tasty and economical lunches or snacks and why bother cooking Sunday lunch when you can have it cooked for you! There are many different social events going on throughout the year and New Year's Eve is a fantastic night out. There are also meetings for the Alzheimer's group for get togethers and we have had some great results from the Boccia teams in the Special olympics. I fully recommend giving it a go.
