New Forest Cottages

Booked a cottage on their website. Was soon told it had been booked out already! They suggested another cottage, The Old Cottage. It was just a disgrace - haven't seen anything worse like that. The pictures online are just lie. It is moldy, smelly and shower didn't work. We tried to contact the website via phone call, email and text messages. They just basically ignored us and only send two emails to try to say there was nothing wrong with the cottage. The experience can't be worse.
