Yet another great weekend our coach party had a great weekend food rooms and staff brilliant we will all see you soon xx

We came as a party of 7 plus 2 children on the 19th of August and it was brilliant. We stayed for 3 nights. The room was very comfortable. We stayed in room 306 which had a sea view. The food was gorgeous and the entertainment was fantastic..mr vicky la plume nearly killed me because I laughed so hard (comedy female impersonator) one little scary experience we had was getting stuck in the lift on the last day as we were checking out but those things can happen in any place with a lift. If your looking for a place family orientated. This is the place for you.

Had a such Great time away with family for new year stayed in The New Hackett's Hotel in Blackpool. The hotel was absolutely beautiful newly refurbished rooms and very modern style fantastic staff always there if you needed anything very helpful couldn't do enough for you. They did everything to make sure your stay was enjoyable. It was amazing atmosphere was a great experience meet some lovely people brilliant company We all had a ball ��I would defiantly recommend this hotel and will be back to stay again very soon .

Great for the money came on coach package. Rooms lovely one adapted for son in wheelchair large with wetroom. Girls in twin room with seaview. Food lovely. Would come again.

We stayed for the Ride the Lights' event. The hotel has recently been modernised and the decor is light and bright, rooms and public areas are clean , and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The full English breakfast was nicely cooked and piping hot. Overall a great nights stay and we would definitely come back.

Our room and bathroom were small but very clean,fresh towels every day.The food � was good and hot plenty of � and coffee,staff members were all friendly .

No frills and good breakfast, beds were comfy and the TV worked.

We came on a stag do and it was great, friendly and as long as you are quiet when you come in they don't mind what time you roll in :)

A bit rough round the edges but new bed and mattress, lick of paint, new carpets - they're making an effort. I booked a single - sea view, breakfast included and just £21, value for money, for sure!

Lovely breakfast but on our last day it was a bit like Fawlty Towers, ran out out of cereal and milk so they nipped to the local Co op and bought more �

They emailed to cancel, no reason given, book somewhere who will honour your booking

Rooms basic but can deal with that but when they serve you charcoal as beef it’s taking the piss!!! Ham butty for tea!!!

Never again same food served two days on run and no one had time of day for customer
