Quiet working farm with good facilities and helpful owners
Alright facilities, but the showers cost 20p for 5 minutes on top of the high £16 per night and on sunny days there is a constant soundtrack of bikers going at it. That's the price you're paying for being so close to major road networks. Personally I would only stay if there's something in the vicinity you wish to visit.
Nice and peaceful nice site clean toilets only thing we could fault was some form of heating in toilets quiet cold but very friendly site owner a++++
Very poor. Miserable unwelcoming and uninterested woman on reception who was so very put out by the fact that I wanted showing where to pitch my tent.
God awful facilities, after paying £14 to put a 1 person tent up for the night they then want you to pay a further 20p to have a shower in some very dated and frankly shocking facilities, I have used better bathrooms while overlanding through Africa.
So many much better camp sites throughout the UK which the owners of this attempt could learn a lot from. Do yourselves a favour and carry on up the M6
