New Sun Yoga

I teach Hatha Flow Yoga which is a combination of a gentle flow and holding of postures, included in each class is a breathing and relaxation practice this allows you to relax and fully reconnect to yourself and gain full benefit of your Yoga practice.

My name is Mel, I'm currently a student Yoga teacher training with The British Wheel of Yoga (BYW).
I am one year through a three year course, a major part of my ongoing training is to teach a Yoga beginners class.
