The Opening Concert invites young musicians from New Talent British International Youth Music Festival, Professor from Royal Academy of Music and Competition candidates representatives to showcase their musical talents and to welcome all candidates and accompanying parents to the New Talent British International Youth Music Competition!

- 13:00 Competition Opening Concert @1901 Arts Club.
- 14:30 onwards - Run-through with official accompanist @1901 Arts Club.
16th August

- Prize-giving Ceremony and Reception
- Virtuoso Prize/British Music Society Prize Winners' Concert/Competition Gala Concert
17th August
- One hour of 1-1 lesson with Royal Academy of Music professor for Virtuoso Prize/British Music Society Prize Winners as part of their prizes.

New Talent British International Youth Music Competition aims to offer young people the experience of performing on a public stage, an opportunity to showcase their musical talents, a platform to exchange musical ideas with young musicians from other countries and cultures and to receive impartial feedback and assessment of their performances by UK’s top music professors and educators. We welcome entries from young musicians of all levels between the age of 4 to 24, who are studying a STRING instrument, PIANO or VOICE. Organised in association with British Music Society, with an impressive list of jurors and advisors, the Competition promises to be a highlight of this summer's music calendar and an extremely rewarding experience for those young musicians who take part.
