What a great place, I thoroughly enjoyed looking round this Alladin's cave today, full of all sorts of everything. Here there are plenty of real bargains and even a little children's room with toys to keep little ones amused. I will definitely be going back soon.

User

This is such a great project and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. There are so many bargains to be found, the prices are very reasonable and it's fantastic to be recycling items which could otherwise have ended up in landfill sites. Well worth a visit!

User

It's brilliant I love having a rummage and buy bargains :-D

User

I love this place!! My favourite shopping trip of the week. When the doors open you never know what treasure you're going to uncover...

Nicky and the team are brilliant too. X

User

I am a regular at New To You and have been there since it started - 8.45 every Saturday morning in the queue. It is the highlight of my week. The staff / volunteers are always really helpful and friendly. I can almost go with a shopping list and then find everything on it, from chairs to books! It's a shame to read some negative reviews here :( I think that items are fairly priced and a bargain can always be found. Keep up the good work Nicky and team xx

User

I REALLY love this place!

I try and visit as often as I can and I always come away with bargains and beautiful, useful things. If I ever need anything for the home, garden or a DIY project, this will always be my first port of call. I never leave empty handed!

I don't have a lot of money to spare on home improvements and everything that I buy has to serve a purpose. Things also have to 'fit' in my house so I love that I can wander around this 'Warehouse of Wonders' with my tape measure and envision what I could do with 'this or that' and 'what could fit where'. There's always new stuff coming in too, so I'm always excited to visit!

Before NTY opened, out of necessity at the time I had to spend £60 on a bookcase from Homebase and £45 on a small chest of drawers from B&Q. I have since purchased several cabinets, bookshelves and tables etc, etc., from NTY. The cheapest was £2.50 the dearest I think was £8 and all are very good quality and perfect for what I need. I've spent less on kitting my whole house out from NTY than I did buying just one flatpack bookcase from Homebase!!...(and I could have brought the exact same chest of drawers from here for £5 too!)

For all those who leave negative reviews about the price of things from here ...."do the maths!". ..Ok, if you're an 'up-cycler' like Sarah Moore and want your 'Money for Nothing' then yes, it's not free stuff and your profit margin will take a few quid hit. But C'mon guys, lighten up! The business model/vision of New To You, what this place really stands for and is trying to achieve for the environment and local people is really what's worth supporting here with your £££'s surely?

A BIG Well Done and Thank You to Nicky and her amazing Team of Volunteers!

Everything you all do is very much appreciated. Keep up the good work (Please!) <3 :)
