New World is a brand new restaurant concept, based on the authentic Chinese style of dining, where BBQ grills and Hot Pots form the centre of tables for diners to enjoy a taste of this unique dining experience. This style of dining brings people together providing a companionable atmosphere, perfect for celebratory meals or work outings.

Hot Pot is a type of Chinese fondue, where a delicately-spiced pot of stock sits in the middle of the table where diners are eating. While the hot pot is kept simmering, the diners themselves place ingredients into the pot, cooking food at the table. Hot Pot dishes include thinly sliced meat, seafood, leafy vegetables, mushrooms and dumplings.

New World tables will also host BBQ grills, where diners can barbecue their food in a traditionally Asian way, accompanied by Asian sauces and spices. Typical BBQ dishes include varying cuts of meat, thinly sliced potatoes and a variety of vegetables.

Accompanying these tables, we will also have an open kitchen producing dishes from around the world, set to include Chinese, Indian, Thai, Japanese, Mediterranean, and more.

The upstairs cocktail bar and karaoke booths have seen a complete makeover and will remain open to the general public, as well as being available for private events.
