After a mobile assessor from another firm provided such a poor service, Newbridge quite rightly gave superb advice on the damage & repairs required on my car - honest & helpful throughout. Three of the staff offered me a cuppa when I dropped off the vehicle and it's come back looking better than before the accident. Fantastic job; I'll be letting the Company Fleet team know too. My car's been sitting there for over a month now and guess what? Nothing's been done!
I was disappointed with the service. Lighting loom was not connected properly meaning a return to the garage. Then to find that the main key cupboard with hundreds of car keys in full view of visitors was left open throughout my visit. Your cars are at risk of being taken because the notice on the cupboard stating to be locked at all times is not followed.
Sad to say I'm not happy.
What can I say? I dont want to comment on the work but I do want to warn everyone to not leave anything in your car!! I had money and CD's taken from my car!!! I I feel completely violated at disgusted!!!
Went in for a 7 day repair and a month later still waiting for return of car. New excuse each week.
Well where to start really - poor responses, taking owners cars and using them without consent - I will be handing my issues back to the insurance company and police as "TWOC" even for only 25 miles is still use without permission, possibly uninsured too.
Unfortunately we do not have a say where the vehicles go as it is down to our fleet management, but I would not take a car here to be repaired. They take on too much work and then have to make excuses as to why they can't complete the work in time. This has happened to both my wife and myself on separate occasions. The latest we were was told that the car was going to be ready today, only now to be told it won't be ready until tomorrow as they had to wait for a door switch to come in. A door switch? The only repair was to the bumper and scratches on the door so why they needed a door switch is anyone's guess.
