Newham Archery Club

Newman Archery club, founded in 1965. We're a friendly bunch covering a range of ages and groups and welcome everyone from beginners to experienced archers

The club draws members from the local community and actively promotes the sport to all ages, encouraging newcomers from all backgrounds.

On Wednesday evenings the club meets at the Langdon High School between 7 pm and 9 pm. New members, or people interested in the sport are welcome and can make use of the club's equipment at a small charge. During the summer months we shoot outside at a range of distances and during the colder months we have a heated 30 + yards hall.

We have a three week training course, This maybe in groups or on a one-to-one training basis depending on the numbers and the availability of the instructors.

We can organise a have-a-go session for a small fee but we have to have sufficient notice of your arrival to make sure an instructor is available.

For experienced archers with their own equipment, the club also meets on Saturday afternoons at the club house, outside on the school fields.
