awful customer service, spoke to the manager regarding a complain and he said if i don't like it to give a notice and leave. unbelievable. i've been with the gym for 2 years and i've noticed that they don't really care. even the stuff say that they can't do anything about it as the managers dont care at all. Who ever is joining the gym feel free i done the same thing and now regretting it

New refurb is ok. Astro pitch is littered with beer cans and botttles

Went for skating with my kids and we had a lovely day. Super clean changing rooms, friendly and polite staff.
Would love to go there again.

No clear reception but always someone by to help. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have only used the swimming pool session, but I have friends who use the gym facilities.

It's gone from worse to worse
They have spent money on doing up cross fit section were they are charging customers 100per month and forgotten about all the members that use the gym for daily use to do simple workout

Once there machines break down they never come around to fixing them for months on end and if they are fixed they only last a couple of days before they are Back out of use to sit in the gym with out of service on it
They had men's toilets upstairs and decided to change it and leave it downstairs for what ever reasons. At least could have left a toilet for the gents
Anyways you have left toilets downstairs that absolutely stink and are filthy through out the whole day. One hand dryer that is so old that it burns your hands half the time or might cut your hand as it's metal head is so sharp
Seriously stop trying get more members and sort out the gym first
It's not going to take long before someone does sue them for something
machines do need upgrading quick
p.s At least fix the air cons so that we not melting

Management is a joke and need to wake up and sort things out quick
If you think I am the only one that feels this ask any of the members what changes should be made, it might wake you guys up

All you need in 1 place gym swimming outdoor football indoor courts quite a big place with lots to do

The advertised swim was supposed to be adult relaxation but turned up to a load of 'blokes' in the pool making a hell of a racket!! Changing rooms were really dirty as well

Nice big swimming pool. Decent selection of equipment. Synergy 360 equipment which is very good for interval training and can be used outside class times

I used to train there and at the beginning it was perfect but then something happened and now is very dirty in the changing rooms. I didn't like the idea to pay for a locker when people place there stuff everywhere and it's so bad maintained. I think they need a bit more equipment. Otherwise the staff members are very nice and polite and the classes are great.
