We have had a lot of interest and bookings taken for 1-2-1 Ringcraft Training, this service is ideal for anyone with a show dog who wants extra help with their training or assistance with specific issues.
Please do not be afraid to get in touch we have helped clients from South London, Norfolk, Lincolnshire and Chesterfield!

We are now based in Scotter, with the intentions of carrying on 1-2 days a week with our Grimsby Clients!
We have various services available to suit you and your dogs needs, we offer:

A little bit of impulse control today with Rocky, he has excellent ball drive but can sometimes forget himself so by reinforcing the rules of "yes & no" it solidifies his understanding of self control around the ball.
Needless to say he succeeded and earned his reward!

NewK9 Obedience would like to wish all of their clients and their beloved dogs a very happy Christmas & New Year!

One of the services provided by NewK9 Obedience is Ringcraft training either group sessions or 1-2-1 training can be organised. One dedicated young lady who has been receiving 1-2-1 Ringcraft training is Hanna Wiseman (pictured winning Best in Show at the Spanish Water Dog Club Open Show with Valentisimo's Pacopilik) who lives in Carnoustie, Scotland.
This year Hanna has qualified for the Young Kennel Club handling finals at Crufts 2015 by winning 1st place in her class. I am... so proud of all that Hanna has achieved so far, I am sure she will continue to grow in confidence and becoming more of a top class handler than she already is!
Hanna has been kind enough to write a little bit about her journey so far...
"I got my very first dog in June 2012. I can honestly say I had not a clue when it came to dogs. I managed to fall into dog showing and this is where we were advised to speak with James as I wanted to improve my handling. James started giving me advice via Facebook and when we met up at champ shows. He has always taken out time to help me anytime I ask and encourage and supported me continuously. Whenever I handle someone else's dog, James always shows me how to get the best out of each dog whether it be how the lead is situated, the pace of the dog or how to adapt my self to the dogs character. Up to now he's never been wrong and is always spot on!"

Limited to 16 dogs and handlers plus 15 spectators.
Cost per dog £25, spectators £10.

Gus is 10 months old and started his basic training today, this video was taken 20 mins into the session learning to walk to heel, creating more awareness for his handlers which can be seen by the increased amount of eye contact given by Gus and awareness for the heeling leg.
A great start for this young dog!
