My Dad's bought a number of appliances from here for his tenants and he says he wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Easy to deal with - always called or mailed me back and my cooker (Britannia) is superb. I wish all the places I dealt with were this good. Michael Edwards, Frimley, Surrey.

**Update: after posting a poor review and sending another email I got a response and the following week had my machine replaced with a different one of the same brand and spec, no quibble. I'm chuffed to bits now. Thank you!**



I really want to give a good review because I really feel this is the way forward to reduce waste. However there's an obvious problem with my Bosch washing machine which I'm trying to get their advice on, as its within the one year warranty period, but I am being completely ignored by email and I can't get through to anyone on the phone. Having had a google it seems they possibly aren't the ethical alternative I had hoped... Buyer beware as with all second hand items.
