So, the day has finally come. Newquay Fruit Sales has become FreshPoint.
Newquay Fruit Sales is now FreshPoint, the one-stop hub for the supply of the best quality fresh and prepared produce across the South West.
Established in 1995 - and still fully owned and managed by Gareth & Rachel Craze, employing three generations of their family - this Cornish company is committed to supplying the highest quality at the best possible price.

Over 24 years they have expanded their Newquay-based business from two vans covering Newquay to Perranporth to today’s FreshPoint fleet of nine vehicles, delivering across Cornwall and into Plymouth. With hybrid and electric vehicles joining the fleet, FreshPoint is committed to working towards sustainability and the lowest possible carbon footprint.
FreshPoint South West is the wholesale side of the business. Hospitality industry customers can order from FreshPoint’s online Wholesale Market at freshpointsouthwest.co.uk by 5am and have their order delivered anywhere in Cornwall and Devon, the same day.
FreshCuts gives customers the option of having their vegetables delivered pre-prepared: sliced, diced, peeled or shredded, grated or in wedges. FreshCuts has been a longstanding part of the business, starting life as a separate entity before being brought under the Newquay Fruit Sales umbrella. FreshCuts’ bespoke cuts and mixes services are developed in partnership with chefs across the county to meet the individual needs of restaurants, pubs and delis.
FreshPoint Select supplies our business customers with stockroom staples such as baked beans, chopped tomatoes, sliced bread, milk, eggs, flour, sugar, pasta and cooking wine. We also offer a broad and growing range of the very best Cornish brands such as Rodda’s Clotted Cream; Cornish Sea Salt; Trewithen Dairy Butter; St Ewe Free Range Eggs and national brands such as Silver Spoon, Hovis, Merchant Gourmet, Allinsons, Alpro and Royal Crown.
