Matt, Chloe & Izzy did a great job selling a probate property I was handling in Spilsby. As it happened I decided to market my own property near the same time. To avoid any confusion I put it on with a different agent with no success. I then marketed my home with, what I refer to as 'Bast*** Thieves'' they not only cost me a tidy sum up front but then dissed my property to me directly via a phone call. When this short contract ended I again went with Newton Fallowell's Spilsby office, within one week of me signing the property proof details they sold it with their very first arranged viewing.
Once again a warm thank you Chloe and Matt.
Oh' and the commission on both sold properties was very reasonable.
