FUN FRIDAY - instead of Fish shop Friday- it’s so strange not being at work on a Friday ! So Paul’s decided to grow a moustache whilst we’re at home so I thought I’d show you his daily update ( this photo was meant for just me but he won’t mind 😜 and he did film me this morning!!)

A thankful message from our house to yours . As you all know myself , Claire and our two boys love our little chippy, we love to have all you lovely people as customers but more importantly as friends involved in helping to build our dream of being good and honest enough to be proud to say we are Newton’s from Patrington . Financially this current situation we all find ourselves in is devastating for our business and home life ,but more importa...ntly and at a greater need than anything we must think of our two boys and I can’t say the staff because as they know they are more than that they are truly our beloved family too . We would not be the people we are without them and their constant love and involvement in all things Newton’s. Donna , Becky, Leafy, Natasha and Oliver we love and care for all,to know when enough is enough. We can’t put their families at further risk by staying open , so it’s with great thanks and a lot of trepidation that we have to announce the closure of our shop. We are truly sorry for our stance on this and can only pray you all understand and hopefully be there for us as much as we will be there for anyone that needs our help or the help of our family through the upcoming weeks/months . It’s going to be the hardest time for all of us so please take care and look out for one another , Paul & Claire ❤️

We’re trying our best to keep everything some sort of normal ( if that exists anymore), please be mindful of that when you come in. Although we are sanitising routinely try not to touch your faces or your surroundings whilst waiting as you can appreciate we are trying to keep our families safe too, let’s try and stop the spread together xx
