Liverpool is truly a city of culture. Shops are amazing. Plenty of restaurants and places to eat. Can not wait to go back

I was visiting Liverpool yesterday (23rd June) and I wandered into your shop, just to browse. Oliver asked if I needed any help and I explained I wouldn't be making any purchases but was just looking in particular at mirrors. He couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I then mentioned men's suits and again he showed me some on the website and offered to take me to see them the men's department. We chatted about places of interest I could visit whilst in Liverpool. He is a credit to your company and added to the wonderful experience I had in your fantastic city. Thank you Oliver (and the other girl who helped me but whose name I didn't ask)

I visited the children section and was in desperate need of some silver tights aged 12-18 months for my daughter for hristmas day. There were non out but there were two girls sorting out the tights. I asked one of the girls to assist and she said she would check the stockroom. She was a while and I thought 'I bet she has gone off and can't be bothered'. She returned about 20 mins later with the last pair of tights in a size up stating she searched and these were the last pair she could find. I was even more impressed when I found out staff don't use the lifts so she has walked up and down five flights of stairs. Honestly, this girl went out of her way to help me and I was so impressed. I only wish I had gotten her name. It's nice to see someone so young yet so keen to help. I hope if this is her hristmas job she gets a chance to work there again because she really was a credit to your store escpdcially given that it was Christmas time and you were preparing the store for sale. I visited about 1800 hours on this day if that helps to locate her. Thanks next very impressed. Jane

Hi I really need to try and get in touch with he mens department, been tryin for a whike today grt thoguh but no1 answere, itsabout a suite I rang up about and a lad left it behind for me do my friend could pick it up, I rang Monday gone but he hasn't been able to get to Liverpool, anychance it's still been left for me? His name was Scott that was coming for it.
