The Youth Mindfulness Programme is structured to help stretch young minds in safe and inspiring ways 💕

Mindfulness is a skill...it takes practice, and it can make a huge difference 💕

There is nothing to be ‘fixed’ in a child who gets worried or anxious. It’s a natural reaction to an environment in which it is tricky to thrive 💕

Whatever their little minds and bodies do to try to make life OK is not a ‘fault’ or a ‘condition’ to be fixed. It’s a way of trying to make sense of a complex world.
They are already amazing. Be their Champion. Help them to know how wonderful they are already 💕
