Next Step Beauty - Norwich

Avoid avoid avoid!!! I have now had the full beauty course classroom training cancelled on me 3 times by Next Step Beauty. After spending over £700 with them I have been told I am not entitled to a refund as I have downloaded the training kit. I was made to believe when booking this course that you had to do this before the classroom training.
When I try to explain I have no more holiday entitlement I get no where with them. Telling me I can do the course fully online. I don't want this as I want practical training too. That's why I booked this course and not others out there. I am now seeking legal advice from my work place.

This company did not fulfill the training course I needed (cancelled 3 times) and then refused to refund me the amount I paid. Lots of other people have unfortunately had the same problem. Wish I had known this before I booked.😢
