The key purpose of the Operations and Planning Manager will be to translate our business plans, sales forecasts and real time sales into long term resource plans, monthly programmes of work and weekly work schedules for our skilled in-house teams.
The role is both strategic in terms of creating long-term resource plans and programmes of works, as well as operational leading a team of schedulers programming in house teams, subcontractors, local authority street works notices a...nd coordinating plant and materials.

As the Electrical Authorised Person within eSmart Networks you will assist in the delivery of the engineering activities within the UKPN area and your allocated project team predominately within South East England. You will undertake the delivery of construction requirements relating to DNO/IDNO owned assets and associated infrastructure under the direction of the Delivery Director as part of the delivery team from LV to 33KV this role involves working closely with and supporting the Delivery Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Supervisors, jointers and subcontractors as well as other members of the delivery team.

Tamdown Plant Hire are now looking for a Workshop Assistant to join their team. This role will be reporting to the Plant Manager. The job holder will assist the workshop in all daily tasks as well as look after the plant yard to ensure it is kept tidy and that machinery and equipment is safely stored.
