The taxi was 20 mins late which led us to miss the start of a wedding. The driver didn't apologise once and delayed matters by forcing us to stop to get cash out to pay when I'm sure you can pay with card (myself and our girlfriend also offered to pay the total with cash but on the return journey).
He then got lost (even though saying the client before us was exactly the same journey) and kicked up a fuss when I paid £15 for the journey because I didn't have time to wait for him to give us change for the £16 fare (also note the journey back at 1am was only £12 with a different driver).
I can say with confidence it's the worst service and most unsatisfactory taxi journey I have ever taken.
Although they we good when my disabled daughter and my self needed a wheelchair adapted car in a hurry but that didn't last. Booked a car for the return journey from the airport was told to give the details to the drive who took us there. No car was sent for us ,had to phone to complain instead of apologizing they blamed us instead. All in all very rude and unhelpful. As for the adapted cars seems they are rarely available. Can NOT recommend anyone disabled should use them.
Verbally abusive Taxi Driver nearly knocking me and children over as he was speeding around the corner on Pinfold Lane Stapleford. The language that came from the drivers mouth was obscene in front of two very young children. Would give this Taxi company no stars but that is not an option on this review site.
Always friendly, helpful drivers. I often use these guys. I shop at Asda, which is only down the road and not really worth their while picking me up, but I don't drive and am slightly disabled.There has never been a time I hat they have let me down, or ripped me off( unlike other taxi firms in Nottingham). So, they now get all my custom from now on. I've had really dodgy scary drivers from other companies. Can't recommend these highly enough.
I have been researching Taxi Firms for work and noticed that several have abysmal ratings on Google.
NG11 bucks this trend and for good reason. Ever since I first found this firm (I live in Clifton) I have never considered using anyone else unless I absolutely have to. Furthermore, I recommend them to anyone I can.
They are courteous, prompt and run an all round excellent service. I trust my girlfriend to go with these guys alone. I have been in their cabs in some terrible states and have never been over charged or taken advantage of in any way, it also shows just how patient some of the drivers are (read, some poor woman who had to wake me and my girlfriend up in the back seat following a particularly late one, throughout she maintained a friendly demeanour even though she must have been pretty annoyed!!)
was recommended by a friend and now i will always use them when i need a taxi. Always on time, polite and helpful drivers and they don't overcharge drunk people either.
It's a nice company car. One year used to work with them.
Waired 30 min! Will never use again!!!
