What can i say. Fantastic service after a short chat just to clarify a few things received order today as promised after a local stockist let me down. Cant recommend enough will be using again.
Ordered some ally banksticks and they are great! At first I thought it was bad I got a faulty one but sh** happens sometimes. After a message all was resolved in a more than satisfactory way! Thanks again.
I would like to thank the team at NGT for an excellent service , I contacted the store with a query about one of their products that I had recently purchased and without going into the whole story to my embarrassment the team promptly dealt with it and got a new product out to me within 48hrs ,now that's what you call service ! Once again HGT team I applaud your professionalism and the way you treat your customers is second to none - thanks

NGT fishing tackle and equipment is without a doubt some of the best I have used.
Not only is it all very reasonably priced, but it holds up against anything on the market today.
I have rods, reels, nets, so much of my equipment is now NGT some anglers think I am a product tester for the company.
Great equipment, can't recomend it highly enough.

Good reliable products affordable prices and customer service second to none. Had issues with a pod bought at a show and had a replacement sent and received within 3 days of initial contact. Will be a regular customer and would recommend highly.
Bivvie light lost its pairing with the remote, replied within hours and resolved with in a day great after sale care
Great stuff i bought , but need to buy a new rod pod until i kicked it in a lake when i had a fish on lmao
After 40 years of carping I can only say that I have been extremely impressed with the NGT items I have got, my cradle is spot on, my bed chair was an amazing purchase and my back is less of a problem since using it , and finally I just got the "HUGE"Bivvy table which I feel is the best on the market ,stable and spacious. Keep it up NGT looking forward to seeing more items in the future. Many thanks Tony uk.
Would be more but customer services are poor,awaiting response from message ive sent,
Really good prices/products, would have been more but custmer service is bad (was not given item no. Couldnt track item) eventuallly sorted it out myself! & delivery service(uk mail) is shocking, tried once to deliver was not in! 3 times they should have tried to redeliver & have not, currently still haven't got items! Online it says your parcel will be with you between 11:24-12:24 on the 3/1015 ecen now when i check! Its now the 4th tho! Use royal mail ffs's ! I would have been a 5 star customer!
Really wouldn't recommend buying from these.. they use MYHERMES for delivery .. item gets lost and both parties push blame. Right before Christmas too. Give them there due.. they response fast to emails, but find they don't care about customer loyalty or there customers. But at your own risk. ��
Purchased a dynamic 12ft carp rod and I can only say i wish I had not bothered.
The two sections were particularly stiff the put together and when they did go far enough in they wouldn't come apart.
Contacted BGT direct and was told it would be a 2 man operation to release the sections.
Tried this with a friend and it didn't work no matter how hard we tried.
Resorted to getting some pipe grips on the rod protected with cloths only for the fixed end to come away with the glue still on it.
Emailed NGT to report the issue and was told it was my issue and i shouldn't have used grips.
Only glad it didn't happen backside as I won't be able to get a full 12ft rod home.
Not that I can use the rod now anyway.
I think it is a case of you get what you pay for and so I'll be looking elsewhere for my new carp set ups.
