I went in here a few weeks ago to try and find my partner a ring and I didnt find the staff very helpful at all, not a very pleasant atmosphere

As owner of this business, I can't understand the reviews left by Rick and Dave, I am happy to resolve any issues with any customer, we ALWAYS put the customer first and offer an unrivalled shopping experience.
Our staff provide a professional service, in a relaxed and friendly manner, we have thousands of satisfied customers visit our business every year.

Unfortunately there's always one or two people not quite wired up correctly !

I've had a similar experience to Rick in this place and found that their jewellery repair service is very poor, I took a few rings to here back in January and everything went smoothly until I complained to the manager about the quality of work on them, He got into a bit of a strop and it ended up with me having to take my rings to another jewellers to get repaired.

I bought an engagement ring from Nicholson & Coulthard last week. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help and advise me. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service provided.

Stumbled upon Nicholson and Coulthard looking for the perfect christening gift.. the staff were really helpful and suggested engraving the bangle I chose to add the personal touch- one of a kind which I'm sure my god daughter will treasure forever! Would certainly recommend - a friendly and professional service.

They will destroy your Jewellery and when you tell them your not happy with finish of your items the owner gets fowl mouthed and hot under the collar and just to top it off he has a little fat lady with glasses just sitting laughing - it's a complete freak show in their ENTER AT OWN RISK - LoL 😜😜😜
