Never under estimate the power of chanting mantras..... Amazing ... I say this because ive been doing this quite regular and have noticed the changes and the insights that come in as a result of this. Last night whilst washing up in that moment of being present my monkey mind says i dont like that my friend keeps jumping everytime one of his children just want his attention instantly. Wow goes me ... i know where this has come from ..... so i get to work with letting it go be...cause thats not who I am inside. Ive been the person who's kids were dismissed because of a, b and c. I share this because its important for us to understand that as children our experiences have an impact unconciously and sit there manifesting into our reality until we let go of the underlying belief we have created. For me it was that i never felt respected as an individual and for all of who i was and my needs were never a priority. I know that isnt true but the inner child didnt and so that is what needed to be healed the little nicola who believed that. When we see things and perceive them to be something take a step back for a moment and really see what is actually going on. Now instead of resentment sitting in my physical body i have contentment which is a nicer feeling. I am now relaxed and not holding the energy within me x

July's full moon also known as Thunder Moon is all about cleansing and transforming. We will be having cacao ceremony to really open up our heart centre (optional) and dance out anything that no longer serves us. By connecting through dance we can experience a sense of liberation... you will be dancing to your own heartbeat and expressing yourself with the music releasing you from the mind and body constraints. We will be connecting to mother earth dancing round the fire and ...connecting in with the femine full moons energy. Bringing balance, harmony and a heightened awareness of spiritual understanding 💃🕺.. The cost of this workshop is £12.00. This ceremony will take you on a drum journey that will connect you to your unconscious so you can realign by letting go of any attachments. These attachments will symbolically be thrown into the fire (we will be holding a fire ceremony) Bringing in clarity and insights for your soul to move forward on its journey. We will be working with the elements as you connect to your higher self and balancing the masculine within, bringing in endings and the start of new beginnings. Please wear something yellow.
