When needing a pair of school shoes for my little one, there was only one place that I was going to go!! Niki Lu's has the best customer care and makes the obligatory 'back to school' shoe shopping a pleasurable experience. Not only is their customer care second to none but the attention to measuring correctly and professionally and their choice of shoes was fabulous!! Thank you ladies!!

We struggled to get shoes to fit our 4yr old boy in the usual high street stores and they had no advice. I wanted correctly fitting shoes for my boys growing feet so contacted the shoe fitters org and searched their registered members. We are in Wolverhampton and the nearest was here or in Brum, which would have taken as long to get to. WHAT A GEM this place is. Anne was just fabulous with my boy and getting the right shoes for him. We bought school shoes and another pair in the sale. Cannot recommend this place enough. I had to blinker myself to the amazing selection of womens shoes. We will be back.....

Received my lovely Floral Minnie from the Mickey collection today. I must say that Niki-Lus went above and beyond to offer these to me late in the evening of the release, as I was working and couldn't order earlier. Thank you so much for these beauties and for the candy you hid in the shoes ^_^ <3

Ordered my shoes on Thursday evening and they were with me by Monday lunchtime (not bad for an offshore UK island!). Easy Paypal payment, well packaged and exactly as described. Excellent communication, even got photos of my shoes as they were being packaged up ready to send (they were very special shoes �)! Wouldn't hesitate to buy from this shop again. Many thanks �

My mum went into the shop today and came out with 2 pairs, she said she is over the moon as she has dropped arches in her feet and has been in pain for so long. Struggling to buy shoes which will take her special insoles but after going into see Ann who helped her with choosing new ones and gave her advice she was so pleased. Hospitals and doctors were no help, but after buying these shoes she seems a different person tonight...no pain in her back thank you Ann so much..good to see mum in comfortable shoes and free from pain xx

I've never written a review but i really wanted to. I went to this shop today and happened to mention that I have nerve pain in my feet. The owner was absolutely fantastic. She explained which shoes would be best to try and help and which ones I should stay clear of. There was no hard sale and she was lovely. So pleased I've found this gem of a shop!

I travel from Gloucester, with my children, to visit this fantastic shoe shop. The owner is so knowledgable and has really helped my daughter from when she first wore shoes (she's now 4). She has hyper mobility and her feet used to turn all sorts of ways and are so thin she can't fit into many shoes. We've tried different independent shoe shops and we always give up and come back to Niki Lu's! I love it! Thank you guys xxx

I have bought School shoes and casual shoes for my son's at Niki Lu's. I have been very happy with my purchases and I have been delighted with the wide knowledge of shoes, fit, foot care and recommendations demonstrated by the service you receive off Anne and Nikki. I have experienced being in a multi chain store where service is nil or leaves alot to be desired and so it makes you really appreciate a store like Niki Lu's.

Fantastic service. Bought the Kermit flats in the sale at an amazing price. They arrived a couple of days later which was amazing considering it was Easter. Always willing to help when I asked any questions. Highly recommended.

I'm a huge advocate of independent retailers, and always spend a small fortune on new shoes for my children (2 pairs each every season+ school shoes) and I'm disappointed in the service I received today.

My daughters shoes are unsightly having only worn them for 6 hours. Today I was told 'do you never polish your shoes' I don't think I should have to only being worn once. The black has totally removed and in its stead remains the white lining.

Safe to say she refused to give me my money back. Similar happened to my other daughters Clarks shoes which I purchased under protest but my daughter insisted. I took them back to the store and was offered a full refund.

Perhaps they could learn a thing or two on customer service!
