Welcome to Niki's Gluten Free Bakehouse!
The Bakehouse was established in 2013 winter by Chef Niki. Chef Niki has been working in the catering industry for over 7 years when she was diagnosed with Celiac decease. The gluten allergy is a very significant element in everyones life as the choices of things you can eat suddenly shrinks to a very limited number of things.
She took this as a challenge and managed to amend all recipes to deliver the same food you would normally eat. This initiative proved to be so successful that she now runs her own business making cakes and all kinds of sweet goodies. She takes great passion delivering every single order where we also welcome customisation requirements so you can have just the thing you love. On the top of delivering gluten free products we also can cater for other allergies of course.
Nowadays we supply many coffees and restaurants with daily fresh products and we have also grown our customer list with non allergic buyers who just like the home made fresh cakes.

We only use the freshest organic fruit from the local farm shop to bake these delights. We offer them in small (8 slices), medium (10 slices) and large (12 slices) size. Our selection changes depending on the season and what fruit is available so keep an eye on our website.
