Definitely not your everyday wedding cake, but the absolutely fabulous Courtney and Lee came to me to design a fun and crazy cake that would incorporate their love of Oktoberfest and fun....and I couldn't turn it down. Made up of a pina colada tier, spiced gingerbread tier and rainbow tier, this cake litterally screamed Oktoberfest and fun from the inside out.

Well, what can I say, I have known Nikki before she even started baking, and everytime her cakes are getting better and better in terms of taste and presentation. Her level of professionalism is beyond measure. I think she puts her all in every single cake she makes her mind , her soul and what have you.... I will go for her cakes every time. Even some of my friends who have tasted her cakes have rated it the best homemade cake they've had for ages. I will recommend Nikki's bountiful bakery to everyone.

Not only do Nikki's cakes look awesome but they are the best I've ever tasted. I am gluten intolerant and Nikki made a beautiful chocolate cake for my birthday. My guests had no idea they were eating gluten free - the cake was so delicious. I would recommend her without hesitation. She is also very amiable and helpful.

Nikki's Bountiful Bakery Made me cupcake red velvet and lemon and Victoria Sponge and they where wonderful. They were moist and the icing was light and she made me a chef hat.

Nikki made our wedding cake which was absolutely amazing. We opted for a chocolate cake and everyone loved it! It looked amazing, we had good service and it was stress free- which is a big deal when you are getting married! We loved it so much we used Nikki for out daughters christening cake and again everyone complimented us on the cake, it was beautifully done and again stress free. 5 stars and I thougherly recommend nikkis bountiful bakery. We will get more cakes in the future!! Thank you so so much Nikki!!

Nikki is very talented. The birthday cake she made for my daughter was not only beautiful but was also full of flavour and moist. It was delivered on time as promised. Will certain order again.

Nikki is very gifted at what she does. She was commissioned to produce a cake for my 40th birthday party. The party was a fancy dress 80's themed do. The cake was a real show piece, and was produced in an extremely creative way, and everyone commented on how amazing it was. It even had lights! We have used Nikki many times, and is our go-to person. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Nikki has made many amazing cakes for me from cupcakes and big birthday cakes she manages to make them all equally delious. Her sponge is amazing and I love the passion she puts into making each cake special. Amazing amount of talent�

I ordered cupcakes for my 25th and Nikki absolutely nailed the design. The presentation was impeccable and the taste was of course heavenly. Would recommend to everyone...thank you again Nikki!!

I came across Nikki's company at a wedding fair and when I tried the tasters I knew I had to ask her to do my wedding cake. Her creative input and passion about making your wedding cake unique meant that she was an absolute joy to work with. The final product was stunning and I had so many people comment on the tastiness of the cake. Nikki later did "regular" cakes for two family funerals I organised which were just as delicious.. Carrot cake, marble cake and Victoria sponge - everyone was asking me where I got them from. She's doing my sister-in-law's wedding cake this month. Completely reliable, fantastic cakes and great service - I won't get my cakes anywhere else!

Dearest lovely Nikki,

I wanted to thank you so much for our lovely wedding cake. Working with you was a pleasure and the cake you made incredibly yummy and pretty.



To everyone else I will explain that we wanted a two tier cake with separate tiers as we wanted the top tier to be gluten free for our gluten intolerant guests aaaand not contaminated by the bottom tier.

Nikki's gluten free red velvet cake tasted like any normal yet yummy red velvet cake. The bottom tier was vanilla with strawberries.

As if these challenges weren't enough, I wanted to drive the cake nearly 200 miles to my wedding venue aaaaand as I don't like fondant requested buttercream only. You can imagine all this makes making the cake, packing it, & making sure it travels well and cool for three hours.

The result? Perfect!

The flavours? Oh so yum!

Working with Nikki? A pleasure!

The price? Fantastic!

Dealing with Nikki has been exceptional, in fact, I've already ordered my next cake.



The brief was quite specific, although I hadn't had much time to do research myself. Nikki researched the subject fully (which was a 'Hufflepuffs' cake for my Goddaughter) and the result was out of this world. We had a 2-tier cake. Top tier was a malteaser cake and the bottom was red velvet. Both were made with fresh cream rather than buttercream (makes a big difference) and both were incredibly moist and full of flavour. I forget how many people remarked that it was the best cake they have ever eaten, and most people tried both types.



Extremely detailed, extremely precise, fantastic to do business with - I am exceptionally pleased to have someone so professional so local to me.



Thanks a million Nikki, and may your business gather pace and thrive. The price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of love that went into the finished product.



Recommended (a million times over) and I'm a hard person to please so hat's off!

Collected (and ate!) a brilliant football themed cake from Nikki today. Exactly as I ordered; tasted as good as it looked; and most importantly of all was the look on my Dad's face when he saw it. I can highly recommend
