Hi i am Nikki and after 15 years of poor health i finally discovered that the problem was gluten. 6 months after giving up gluten and feeling 1000x better i have set up my own business making gluten free products. ranging from cakes and sweets, to savory pies, quiches and tarts, homemade preserves and sauces.
