My story,

Sorry if its a long one..

Ok so in 2007 i was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, which at 32 with a new born and a 6 year old was pretty tough, it seemed over night i had aged 100 years and could no longer do any of the things i used to do.

This then led to gaining lots of weight, (which made the pain even worse), i was backwards and forwards to doctors and rheumatologists etc and put on all sorts of medication.



I fell into depression because i was unable to enjoy life anymore, missing out on fun stuff with the kids etc , then one day i thought there has to be another way to heal and i started studying nutrition. OMG! i was in nutri- heaven!

The power of nutrition and healing is immense, i went on to study nutritional science and qualified as a metabolic rate diet specialist. I also studied emotional eating and now coach others through this difficult subject.



I reduced my meds by using nutrition and supplements to improve my health.

I came across Valentus products and was blown away by the results, i love all the products and use them everyday.



The immune is my new best friend as it enables me to sleep all night whereas i used to wake up about 10 times a night.

The coffee and juice has been amazing for my metabolism as i literally dont have one with my illness and i have lost 2 stone so far. They also give me energy throughout the day which i was lacking through illness.

I have relapse remitting MS and obviously was unsure that these products would help at all.
