######## Apologies for further delays ########
What a rubbish start to 2020 weather! Its caused havoc to so many livelihoods who's houses have been flooded! In no comparison however, it has also caused serious delays to most outside workers as well and sadly this includes myself as well. At the beginning of each month, i post a planned schedule for the said month. Sadly this month, for reasons beyond my control, I am again apologising for delays to my residential clients.... At the beginning of the month, this was my schedule;
Monday 10th - 14th Cusworth & Scawsby
Monday 17th - 21st Scawsby, Scawthorpe & Bessacarr
Monday 24th - 28th Campsall & Adwick, Warmsworth & Stainforth
To date (fri 21st) I am still working within scawsby! Next week, starting 24th Feb, i will still be in scawsby finishing off (unless more severe weather disruptions come along). So this month I will have completed 2/7ths of my usual work 😥. I appreciate your patience and will be working as quickly and effìciently as possible to get to my next rounds and fully complete everybody by the end of march. Thank you for your patience.

Another satisfied customer using NKservices exterior cleaning service!
As the latest storms have caused havoc with my work schedule of cleaning windows due to the high winds. I used this time to safely clean some conservatory roofs and the clients have been very pleased that I did.

###### PRESSURE WASHING ######
Please be aware that I am a professional ran business, which incurs business costs and business taxes. Therefore, when enquiring of a (non obligatory) quote for pressure washing, please be aware that I will not be turning up with an electric karcher style pressure washer nor be quoting the same as bob down the street, looking at topping up their income etc. Rather, the price is reflective of the costs mentioned above, which includes the use ...of professional tools and their upkeep which allows for a quick and efficient job to be done to high standards for my clients hiring my services.
As the picture below highlights, when I recieve messages back saying "it only costs £80 for a karcher, i will do it myself" This is an example where, ones have sadly learnt why some prices are very cheap

I was sent this via messenger by a family member. However they did not actually send it but rather they had received similar from one of their contacts! Its Spam and will send a same message to all your contacts from yourself!
So please, if anyone of my clients receive a similar message as shown below via messenger from me, please delete and do not open. I have not sent it!!... I have posted on all my social media the same message, just incase anybody does receive this from me. The chances are, you will not, as when I realised that my mother inlaw did not send it, I ran a virus check and deleted the message. All is good with my phone, and dont believe the spam adverts saying your computer/phone is infected as it is not.

Due to ill health during Jan, I am running a week behind. Therefore this week I will be completing Bessacarr and campsall. Thank you! to my old loyal clients and new clients for your custom and patience during 2019! May 2020 be great for everyone!!
This year has had its ups and downs in my personal family life and this christmas I have finished my work for December's cleans now. My apologies to any clients who have not had a clean before Xmas, nor during December. ... I will return to a new schedule, recharged in January 6th and will post the schedule in due time.

I have seen this being circulated on social media platforms and thought I would share on my page as well! I also take card payments but it is now a rarity as most now pay via direct debit! However, I want to assure my clients that I take legitimate card payments via a company called "Sum Up" which you are free to google. Thank you

Currently all my clients since 2018 pay via direct debit! Many have commented how great this is for themselves as it allows for the service to run smoothly and without falling behind on their payments. This is also beneficial for myself, as due to my family circumstances, I can not collect payments in person. Thank you!!
Direct debit payments are made via a financial company called GoCardless whom I pay a percen...tage per transaction they make on my behalf. This fee is a loss to my company which I take as it costs less than the debt which was carrying over each month (upwards of £300 and more, which made business n private life very difficult). Fortunately for small businesses like myself, payments via direct debit allow our businesses to continue to operate. Sadly though, the company which I use is making changes to their fees and imposing a surcharge plus a percentage fee per transaction made. This cost can not be absorb financially through the business, plus the percentage fee on top. Sadly I am forced to address my prices come February 2020 when these changes take place.
Thankfully however, to you my client it is a small increase of 40p per client. I will in the new year be notifying all my clients whom this will effect, but please if there are any questions or concerns then please dm me to enquire.

So another day of sending apology messages out!! A flat tyre was this mornings course! Unfortunately my local tyre centre didnt stock van size tyres and so I had to drive around to find one which did. Then the second disaster struck! Hard lesson to learn 😡 not to jack my van up loaded with water for the day as the weight crushed my jack point when fixing the tyre. So sadly a morning was wasted , simpky replacing a flat tyre.
