Meet Andy, Andy started with NMB as an apprentice winning apprentice of the year in the process. He is now responsible for the performance of the factory and a member of the senior management team

Introducing Keith and Clive. Both started at NMB as apprentices and over 46 years later remain a key part of our team. They have both proved loyal employees to the business

Today we would like to introduce you to one of our apprentices Amy. Amy said ‘in all my engineering courses I have learnt more from having work based learning You get support from all different areas whether it is a floor manager, a supervisor or other workers So far I have learnt grinding both manual and CNC, finished turn, primary turn and milling. At NMB Minebea, we like to look after the welfare of our staff. Working alongside @steve.schofield.cpt who comes to us to work with individual employees who have muscular, joint or postural issues. Steve gives the employees great advice on what causes the issues and gives them specific exercises they can do at home or at the gym to continue their own progress.
Steve has today worked with a few of our employees, Here he is working with Rushanth testing hip mobility with hip capsule CARS (controlled articular rotations) this shows how much range of motion they have in external and internal rotation and they can give them advice on how to improve global mobility going forward.

Our local football club Birchwood Colts suffered an arson attack causing £10k worth of damage. Last week NMB presented them with a cheque for £500 to help with their fundraising to replace the damaged kit

NMB will again be attending the Spark festival held at Lincoln Cathedral from 3-5 May 2019 A celebration of engineering history within Lincolnshire. Come along and pay us a visit

Today we said goodbye to Ray who has been with us in the UK for nearly 3 years. We wish him a safe journey back to Japan and good luck in his new role
