Would definitely recommend the LVL lashes done by Megan. It has made my natural lashes so long and curled. There's no need for me to wear mascara and it lasts 6/8 weeks. The atmosphere was really nice at NO 5 when I visited and all the staff were amazing and so friendly. Will definitely be back!

Trusting someone to do your wedding hair and make up is a big deal – so trusting someone you’ve never even met sounds like complete madness! But that’s just what I did and I could not have been more pleased with the results.



As we were getting married in a different county to where we lived, I needed to find people local to the wedding location who could help me out on our wedding day. I sent a few emails to Jodie (Hair Lounge) and Jess (No. 5) showing them the kind of look I wanted (along with a picture of myself – so they knew what they had to work with) and the replies I received helped me feel very confident the ladies had understood exactly what I wanted.



The morning of the wedding I was a little nervous (having repeatedly wondered what my plan B would be if I ended up trowelled in make-up with a rock solid up do!!) but as soon as Jodie turned up, she instantly put me at ease. She was so friendly and highly professional and within five minutes it felt like I had known her for ages. When Jess turned up (who was equally lovely) it honestly felt like old friends getting ready for a night out. They were brilliant with my little girl and I was so pleased how both of us looked after they had finished working their magic!



It was a real pleasure sharing a special time with these ladies and I would have no doubt in recommending them to anyone.

Jess was absolutely fantastic when she came to do my wedding makeup and that of three of my wedding party at the weekend. We were all delighted with our look and each look was customised depending on our colouring and our relative ages. Jess did exactly what I asked of her ... in essence 'me but better!'

Jess did my makeup for my wedding day. We’d never met, and I’m not very good at knowing what I want. I’m very pale and have often come out of makeup appointments disappointed. Jess did my bridal make up last week and was such an important part of the wedding morning with her positive and caring attitude. For the trial and the wedding day itself, she listened carefully to what I wanted and offered expert advice on a 'natural but special boho look' . Jess and Louisa (The Hair Lounge) worked so well together and were completely in control and made me feel completely at ease. I am so glad they were both there!
