We visited the restaurant at the new Nobu Shoreditch & my partner and I had a great dinner. Eliza (the assistant manager food & beverage) introduced us to their sake itheyvalone exclusively offer in the U.K. that we truly loved. Definitely recommended for all to dine in style the Nobu way!!! Great ambience & energy 👍🏻

I probably wouldn't have taken the time to review had I not seen the recent poor feedback. As someone who is usually underwhelmed at some of the best hotels, I thought this was exceptional. Very contemporary and obviously themed. The staff were excellent and couldn't do more. The room and facilities were as you'd expect from 5 star. Both dinner and breakfast were a delight.

Had a wonderful evening and dinner at the beautiful Nobu Hotel. The room decor is unique and striking, the room looked like no one had ever set foot in it, it was in such pristine condition. The dinner and food was amazing, the hotel service attentive and sincere, I look forward to many more visits.

Amazing place! We went for birthday drinks. The cocktails were perfect, staff really helpful and friendly and the interior was beautiful. I’d love to go back! Great memory.

Although I never stayed at the hotel, we visited for Sunday Brunch as a recommendation from a family member.

From start to finish I found the whole experience superb, I found the staff welcoming and inventive to our needs.

The food was excellent in every way, with lots of choice including lots of healthy options and great value for money.

I would recommend the Brunch experience to anybody 5 Srars!

A great bolt hole in the middle of it all in Shoreditch

Great vibe, food good service not quite up there but they did make an effort to my daughter when I mentioned that it was her birthday, definitely will go back there

Very interesting hotel, £80 per night deduction from your card for covering expenses (refunded on checkout) is far too much and was not mentioned through the booking site. An additional £85 randomly deducted from my card for no reason was, although rectified, never suitably explained. Helpful staff though, huge comfortable bed, and a good vibe to the place helps.

The room was very nice, great spot everything walking distance. Staff very helpful . Ordered 2 x tom Collins in bar , not on the menu but they made them .

So Tom Collins is one of the easiest cocktails , shot of gin , crushed ice juice of half a lemon and sugar or syrup to taste , topped with sparkling water (WATER) , my bill next day checking out was £28 for two drinks , and I didn’t even feel my pants being pulled down . £14 each for gin and water . I’m not a happy bunny .

Second visit here. First was when it first opened so forgave some mistakes.



So we moved from the bar to the restaurant and the waitress offers to take our half full champagne glasses to the dining table. But didn’t have a clue which one belonged to each person. Normally in a restaurant this is a seamless trick by the waiter/ waitress but not here, not tonight. And that sums this place up. WestEnd prices but East End service. The food however is great!!

Nice hotel, fantastic food, let down by some of its very arrogant staff, not all, but enough to sour the experience. A hotel is made or broken for me on the quality of service and staff.

Food is great, however we ordered the Scollops which were over cooked and the flavour was awful. When I spoke to the waitress she argued with me and told me it was her favourite dish!



Everything else was lovely however watch out for the giant bones in the cod.



Lovely otherwise! It is full of business people rather than having a cool feeling to it!

As an avid Nobu lover .... i was excited about coming to the shoreditch hotel. where do i begin? I struggled booking online so called to make the reservation over the phone to gain advice on booking a package- Arrived - the room was as expected but tiny. This wasn’t a standard room- but as we checked in late due to traffic- i guess that was that. No chance of Nobu room service for two - too small- couldnt upgrade myself to a larger room - hotel full- nightmare. Managed to get seated at the sushi bar to grab a bite which was actually not a disappointment nor was the food.

Horrible nights sleep in a tiny uncomfortable bed- excited for breakfast..... BE CAREFUL- they do not highlight what is included on the menu for breakfast - do not be surprised to receive a £50 on leaving for your eggs!

Not only that.... I had booked a massage with the hotel- to be told i hadn’t the next morning but They could see it in my package- so they could only offer me an afternoon slot. I couldn’t bare sitting in that room for hours on end waiting for a massage i was expecting first thing - so I had to lose the money- did i raise my concerns to the managers? Yes ! he was very polite as were all the staff i felt.... but offered me the discounts i was actually already promised online and over the phone (breakfast included etc).... which was another annoyance but I had enough by that point ! I felt like i hugely overpaid for this experience and wish i had stayed somewhere else! Nobu however is fantastic food !!!

Too bad you lack the professionalism to run a supposedly high end hotel. We got our expensive umbrellas stolen after your personnel requested to leave them in the lobby. Then, you took no responsibility and sent us away with false promises and cheap umbrellas with the hotel logo. No way we will do advertisement of this awful place with those ones all over London while looking as if we stole the hotel's umbrellas!!

Not quite sure what the bar staff are up to but I mentioned my mojhito didnt have much alcocol in it and when I checked my receipt the next day, I realised I had been charged £15 for an extra splash of alcocol! We also ordered a bottle of prosecco, which mysteriously ran out after 4 glasses. They wouldnt leave the bottle at the table, so no way to find out if the bottle had run out or not (unlikely after 4 glasses). I’d watch this lot!!
