Nodes Point Holiday Park

Cheap holiday which shows in the state of the park. Dirty toilets dirty showers, staff who didn't know what they were doing. Plates and cutlery filthy as we're the glasses so we ate out every night. They only good point were the security staff who knew all about the area and the best places to visit they really were a great help unlike the other staff who seemed more interested in what male holiday makers were there!

Visit every September staying in a platinum caravan. Can't fault it, lovely and comfortable and clean. Easy walking access to the fabulous beach. Helpful reception staff and particularly helpful and friendly assistance from one of the ladies cleaning the chalets!

I had two problems with this place. One is that the bed gave me back ache and was extremely hard. And 2 was the noise at the entertainment hall. We asked to be put far away from the hall and they put us right next to it. Last night the music kept going bet loudly tool 00:15 I had to phone security to sought out the problem which took another 20 minutes . I have a toddler and she was getting good sleep because of the noise. For a family holiday park it's not very family friendly especially when a toddler can't sleep because there's music playing tool early morning hours. If it was a place of music and clubbing it should of been advertised as such. We voiced our concerns one morning and the music totally stopped.... For that one night only and before and after the music was still super loud. It's not a place were teens go to have a good time till 3 in the morning, it's a family holiday park and because of just this one thing I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with little ones especially when out close to the entertainment hall. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars was because literally everything else was fine but noise being a especially big issue with little ones I had to give it a bad rating.

Stayed here in the summer, in one of the 'chalets'. I wouldn't call it a chalet myself, however it was warm, spacious and comfortable. The whole site has no shortage of facilities. An extremely short walk from the beach, easy to find from the ferry port and an absolutely beautiful location. For such an affordable price with the ferry included, I could not recommend this anymore.
