My Mum has recently had 2 installations and they both look amazing. The fitters were very polite and helpful and the office couldn't of been anymore professional. The local hedgehog obviously loves the artificial grass as it has now taken up permanent residence in the garden.

Just to say a huge thank you to the Nomow team who supplied and fitted our beautiful GREEN lawn today. Looks fantastic and no more brown patches from the doggies! Fabulous - would recommend x

Brilliant company to deal with from start to finish. Order came on time with an extremely knowledgeable driver who was so helpful. The office staff were all helpful a joy to deal with and the product is excellent too. Would happily use them again.

Firstly, and most important, the quality of grass and material is to a very high standard. I am very pleased with the result.

However, customer service is an absolute pain. We didn’t receive any notification of order process/status and we had to chase up over phone for a delivery date. On the day delivered, our items were on different vans which needed to again be followed up by phone to rectify. Great product, but our service experience was very unsatisfactory.

you know what, I get it, grass always looks lovely, weekends spent doing things other than mowing the lawn, BUT and its a big but.. is it nature friendly? can birds still get worms through it to feed their young? are there buttercups and daisies for the bees? how effective is it at draining rainwater to prevent flooding? so while i agree this has its uses for those who physically need it please think carefully before we smother the ground in artificial products and not use this as a quick fix. thanks for listening

I am referring the matter to my credit card company to pursue a section 75 claim and if you fail to adhere to my SAR request within the specified time period I will contact the Information Commissioner’s Office

Poor customer service on my first order, gave the opportunity to redeem by ordering for another property and service was even worse. Price to install is highly excessive and you will find local companies who can install for a fraction of the costs that these guys charge!

I am writing in furtherance to an email dated January 8th 2018, conversations with 'Nathan' along with various other members of your sales staff.



Following the substitution of our original order of ‘new luxury grass’ for the 'Imperial' grass I write to make a formal complaint in relation to the item which has been provided to me.



In my opinion and despite following instructions with regards to brushing the grass the pile remains extremely flat, which is my opinion unacceptable and despite being advised by your sales staff that the ‘Imperial’ was in fact a better product than what I had originally ordered it is my belief than it is not and I consider that I was misled when being asked to accept the substitute item.



Having purchased the 'luxury' range of grass from you previously, I knew what I was expecting and I am dissatisfied with the inferior product you have supplied to me by way of a substitution.



Along with this substandard product and other issues I would like to state that my entire dealings with Nomow have been very poor.



I would further point out that I have attempted to settle this matter prior to progressing to a formal complaint, these attempts have been unsuccessful and I have been left with no alternative than to take matters further.



Whilst writing, please supply the information about me I am entitled to under the Data Protection Act 1998 relating to: all emails sent and received from all staff members and myself, including all internal emails which relate to this order and mention me by name, address or order no.



If you need any more information from me, or a fee, please let me know as soon as possible.



It may be helpful for you to know that a request for information under the Data Protection Act 1998 should be responded to within 40 days.



If you do not normally deal with these requests, please pass this letter to your Data Protection Officer. If you need advice on dealing with this request, the Information Commissioner’s Office can assist you and can be contacted on 0303 123 1113



I therefore require the requested information within the required time period of 40 days and a final response, in writing (letter and email) in relation to my complaint within the next 7 days.

Delivery of my grass arranged for today took day of work as wouldn't provide a slot for delivery. Waited in all day came to 4pm and no delivery called the number and left vm with two agents as lines were busy. Had no call back and then called at 4.40pm and the office was closed. Delivery never came.

Should change your name to noshow.

Disgusting service.
