Last year Cloudwater travelled to the Yakima Valley in Washington - home to many of today's most revered hop varities - to hand select hops from the source, securing some of the best lots they've ever had access to. They have subsequently brewed a one-off series of six DDH IPAs, showcasing the intense flavours of each hop.

“This mixed-fermentation sour is blended from beer aged on raspberries in French red wine barrels and on peaches in sherry casks. The result is a light, funky sour that mixes a refreshing peach juice flavour with tart raspberry notes, leading to a dry, tannic finish”
