I attended hospital with my son last night. Within ten minutes of being registered he had had painkillers and was seen by staff who quickly evaluated him. He had a badly broken wrist and from start to finishe we were at the hospital for three hours. Brilliant service from all staff who were caring and proffesional.

My mother was admitted twice in her final week last December. Taken there initially on a monday from Cromer with what sounded like APO from the ambulance officers discription : (I live in Australia).
She was discharged that same night, to my suprise. Thursday morning she was again rushed to the N&N with similar symptoms.I phoned andwas eventually put through to the resus bay, but was not allowed to have any information about what was going on as I was calling by phone; this is a policy that really needs adressed.
Following two further area moves, she was an in-patient being treated for a supposed chest infection. I was waiting for suitable time to be able to call (GST) , speak to the Doctors and voice my concerns re my mothers heart which seemed to be going totally un-investigated when I was informed my mother had just arrested and died.
Her death certificate detailed a cardiac arrest, APO, and severe mitral stenosis. I had been informed the hospital was planning to discharge her the next day.

Great care. Nurses and doctors are lovley. Thanks to all who care for the patients if they wasnt where we would all be verry ill 💟
