There is a wide range of interesting material within a number of display areas which shows a great deal about the airfields which abounded in Suffolk during ww2. There are a good number of aircraft on display outside.

Brilliant place for the family to visit. All on level ground. There is a lot to see here. Leave at least 4 hours if you want to go around it all.

A wonderful experience with several activities and a great insight into the aviation history all free. Advisable to give donations. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic place. We were there 0930-1600hrs and did not see everything. Every inch is crammed full of stuff! Knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff also added a real edge. Pub next door for a drink afterwards!

Free entrance (contributions welcomed). Part of former airfield. Hangers and sheds full of aircraft and personnel equipment and documents. Many examples of Cold War aircraft , WWII crash remnants. First allied jets, missile and radar trackers. Duxford scaled down and free. Absolutely excellent.

What can you say apart from it's free best to give a little money at the end in the collection box but the kids loved it seeing all the planes plus there are a couple you can go in

My wife and I took our 2 year old son here last week. The volunteers went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic time; they unlocked several aircraft cockpits for my son to sit in and even let him have a go in a helicopter cockpit with a button to make the rotors go round. Definitely worth looking up!

Such an amazing diverse collection with loads of information and super friendly staff. A lot of museums need to visit to see how it's done! Free entry too but the optional donation is something that we had to do as this place must be kept going! Highly recommended if you're even remotely interested in aviation!

A great museum with loads of exhibits. and best of all it's free! You can donate if you wish to. You can get really close to the aeroplanes which is cool.
