The best santa special experience in North Yorkshire friendly staff good value for money and tea coffee and mulled wine and mince pies and drinks for children good value for money.

Went to see santa and on the train ride was lovely start of the Christmas holidays chilly so wrap up well. Gifts were quality as well so well worth the price waiting to see santa was a lovely village lite up with moving bits and warm drinks an mince pies.

We have just done the Santa Express here at North Bay Railway.

The Santa Express is highly recommended for both little kids and of course the big kids too. It's extremely well priced, the staff go above and beyond to make the day memorable for the kids. We definitely intended to do it again next year with our Granddaughter. Thanks to all NBR

Great little railway, we have a ride every time we visit.
Also has a reasonably priced gift shop as well.

Great little train, handy to get to and from the sealife centre. Great watching the engine turnaround on the turn table and staff friendly. The ride itself is short enough to keep our toddler amused but long enough that you get to see a bit of the coastline. Bonus that there were a few open carriages for buggies so we didn't have to collapse ours.

An old favourite. The engines are amazing. Great fun. Will definately use again. Highly recommend.

Great little train for kids aged 2 to say 12 and very resonably priced. Track and engines restored by volunteers and is a real credit to them. You can get a return or walk back along sea front. Kids buggies and disabled access and use no problems. Would recommend.

Staff need a smile lesson and too expensive when you can walk it and probably get there faster

I am unashamed to admit I loved every minute of this. Would definitely do it again!

Quaint railway, especially the recent addition of a miniature steam engine. A tad expensive, but worth it.

Great little ride on railway that travels a fair old distance to the Sea life centre. A much better way of travelling than by car. Enclosed carriages in case of rain.
Friendly staff & nice little souvenir shop.
