Northampton County Court

Very rarely can i get through and the service is awful. The baliffs service is an absolute joke. Two people look after over 500 cases over the whole of Northampton and surrounding areas.

Took 48 phone calls over two days to get through to someone. When I finally did they took my email address to send me the form I needed... Still waiting for this email a week later.

Disconnect your phones they are useless coz nobody bother to answer them.

Very difficult to contact via phone. One minute there's no available agents to answer your call and it cuts you off. The next minute it just rings out with no answer. Been trying to contact for 2+weeks. Getting rediculous now

When ringng its very difficult to get through to them. They are extremely under staffed.
