Well done northamptonshire karate for training today at the jka-england central region course with Sensei Ohta. There was such a lot of things we have to take away and work on in the dojo, especially for brown belts aiming to take shodan soon. Oss!

For those who were worried about our Edmund, just know that ever thing was just fine! First time we've played backgammon in the nhs and he was playing with his usual proficiency!
Edmund is home and well.😁

Congratulations A big well done to all the students who graded and passed. It was great to see you all achieve and once again raise your karate ability through hard work and determination. Remember though, gradings are only a means and not an end! They simply check your progress as you travel towards your destination. The question is, what is your destination?
