With the (slightly) improved weather, Northbrook has seen a boost in the numbers of fishermen which in turn has resulted in some excellent fish being caught. Meanwhile, Broodstock selection has been taking place. Two year old fish are checked for genetic viability, growth rates and general body confirmation. We have selected a good number of Rainbows, Blues and Browns which will be ready to take eggs from in November.
