One of the best ways to get back into exercise or to keep yourself active is to workout with a friend. Exercise becomes more fun, you tend to work a bit harder and you're more likely to try new things if you have a friend by your side. With our Bring a Friend Friday's, members can bring a friend to train with them every Friday, for FREE. So if you fancy trying a new group exercise class, giving the Queenax at Riverside a go, or having someone by your side when you achieve your goals, why not do it on a Friday!!

We are delighted to have our very first open day which will include FREE golf and FREE footgolf from 10am - 4pm and we also have a hole in one competition which the winner will win a ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP to our 7 Centres! There will also be an area for people to play giant board games and many more activities for the whole family!!! Hope to see you all there!! 🌳😊

We are delighted to be supporting Race for Life 2019.
This year, for the first time, Cancer Research UK is inviting everyone – women, men and children – to join the Race for Life. There are four Race for Life events to choose from at Westpoint, Exeter on the weekend of 20/21st July. They include the much-loved 5k and 10k events, as well as Pretty Muddy 5k,and Pretty Muddy Kids.
Half price entry for anyone who joins between June 3rd and June 10th, using discount code SUMMER50.... The discount is available for one week only, starting at 9:00am on June 3 and finishing at midnight on June 10. It can be applied when entering any Race for Life, Pretty Muddy and Pretty Muddy Kids event.
