Dealt with Ash regarding the purchase of a new road bike. Excellent communication before and during the process which was was fast and comprehensive.

I visited the shop to collect the bike and Ash conducted a thorough fit onto the bike.

Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them.

Family run place can buy a great bike and all the gear price you pay is good for a good to great bike won't sell you any rubbish

A fantastic Campagnolo Pro Shop. I recently got Campagnolo rebuilds on my wife's and my road bikes. From my initial inquiries, Ash and Kevin were fantastically helpful and always offered their advice without pushing me to make a certain choice. We came away with exactly what we wanted. If you already own Campagnolo, I strongly recommend getting Kevin to set it up. If you are looking to buy Campagnolo, buy it here and you won't regret it.

Excellent service. Very enthusiastic father and son team. They offer a really good quality range of brands and a wide range of prices. Of interest to me were the Italian brands such as Sarto and Scapin. They order the frame for you from Italy, build the bike up and offer a bike fitting service. They are the only Sarto dealer that I could find in the north of England. If you are thinking of laying out that kind of cash, you want good service from beginning to end and Ash Clark and his dad at Northern Ride certainly deliver. They are both cyclists and very interested in the whole sport. This enthusiasm shines through and is in marked contrast to some larger bike shops who just want to turn product around quickly.
